President / CEO

Jim graduated from the University of Utah, Dec. 1972, with a B.S.in Mechanical Engineering. Licensed Professional Engineer in California and Utah. Served 6 years in the US Army Reserves. Consulting & Plant Engineering for 8 years. Joined Holbrook & Assoc. in Feb. 1982. Active member of ASHRAE serving in many officer positions, including Chapter President & CRC Chair. Sports & outdoor activities including skiing & hiking are Jim’s passions outside of work. Served on Health South Advisory Board and other local organizations.

Mechanical Engineer / Inside Sales Manager

Ronda received her BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah. She was a project and personnel manager with Marley Cooling Technologies for 7 years. Ronda is an active member of ASHRAE, and is currently the President Elect of the Utah Chapter. She joined Holbrook & Assoc. in July, 2001.

Aftermarket Sales Manager

Ryan is currently pursuing his Bachelors degree.  His previous experience includes a technical college diploma, a working background in general mechanical & electrical systems, and 8 years of inside sales & customer service experience with a fortune 500 company. Ryan is currently serving as a Committee Chair for the local Utah ASHRAE Chapter and has served as President of the Downtowners Toastmasters Group. In his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his Chocolate Lab, hiking and camping either around town or up in the foothills . Ryan Joined Holbrook & Assoc., Inc. in April 2005

Mechanical Engineer / Outside Sales

Sean graduated from Kansas State University in 2006 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and plans to complete his MBA.  He is an Intern Engineer registered by the state of Kansas.  He has worked for Marley Cooling Technologies for 3 years as an aftermarket proposal manager providing unique customer focused solutions for clients.  He has also worked as a ski instructor in Steamboat Springs, CO. 

Sean is an active member of ASHRAE, Toastmasters, & the Wasatch Mountain Club.  He also enjoys all that Utah has to offer:  skiing, paddling, hiking, & biking.  Sean joined Holbrook & Assoc. in July 2010.

Aftermarket Service/Sales

Aaron is certified by Marley as an Authorized Service Provider. His training includes inspecting, maintaining, and troubleshooting Cooling Towers and various other mechanical equipment. He has worked in the industrial/ mechanical field for over 9 years. He is a locomotive engineer and attended Salt Lake Community College in business, marketing. He is a member of Toastmasters Downtowners Club. In his spare time Aaron enjoys mixed martial arts and loves the outdoors including snowboarding, camping, hunting, and fishing. Aaron started with Holbrook in October 2005

Jennifer graduated from the University of Utah in 1990 with a BS in Behavioral Science & Health. Certified as a Professional Bookkeeper and Quickbooks Specialist. In her free time she enjoys cooking and hiking. She joined Holbrook & Associates in November 2006.

Engineering Student Intern

Steven is currently pursuing a BS in Chemical Engineering at the University of Utah. He recently completed his term as President of the Downtowners Toastmasters Club. He has been working part time with Holbrook & Assoc since 2006.
